  • Can I request for product customisations?
    Unless stated otherwise on the product page, we do not accept any additional requests for customisation on the products.
  • Can I request order modifications after the order has been placed? (add/remove)
    Unfortunately, no. We advise you to please be more careful before placing an order and to be 100% sure of what you are ordering. Kindly send us an email before purchasing if you have any questions.
  • How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

  • How can I track my order?
    Once an order is shipped, you will recieve an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order.
  • My order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?
    If 30 working days have passed and you still haven't recieved your order, please contact us to help locate your package. We highly urge that you provide us with correct shipping details to avoid any losses or delays.
  • Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
